My phone was lost or stolen

If your phone breaks or is lost or stolen, don’t panic. Take another look around and try to find your phone.

If you still can’t locate it, let us know right away and we’ll suspend your account to protect your balance. We can usually offer you a replacement phone at a really low price and can send it to you in just a few days. We’ll also transfer any remaining balance in your account to your replacement phone.

My battery or charger isn’t working right

New batteries and chargers are both covered by a one-year warranty. So if you meet the manufacturer’s requirements, contact us and we can get you a replacement for free.
